LA BIENNALE U.S. PAVILION
Jeffrey Gibson, who participated in the inaugural Desert X 2017 exhibition, will represent the U.S. in the upcoming Venice Biennale. As a member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and of Cherokee descent, Gibson will make history as the first Indigenous artist to have a solo exhibition in the U.S. Pavilion.
