As we approach the busy holiday season, we want to thank you for being part of the Desert X community. Whether you engaged in person or virtually in Desert X 2021 – or are just learning about our work, we appreciate and need your participation.

The past year was an especially poignant and profound journey. Desert X 2021 was our most visited and acclaimed exhibition yet. While other cultural institutions had to close their doors, we provided free and safe access to over 650,000 diverse visitors on-site and thousands more online. As importantly, each Desert X 2021 artist distinctively reflected not only the desert environment but our humanity, amplifying timely issues of marginalized communities, climate change, and social justice.
